STEP ONE: REGISTRATION FORM
1. Print out the retreat registration form in DOC format.
2. Fill in all of the blanks, making sure to check all applicable areas.
3. Send in the completed form to our registrar, Mary Streckel. You may either SCAN and EMAIL IT to Mary as an attachment, OR you may send it via POSTAL MAIL: (Mary Streckel, 338 CR 4932, Kempner, TX 76539).
STEP TWO: PAYMENT (Paypal or Check)

TO PAY by CHECK:
$150 (full) or $100 (commuter) check, payable to Teresa Nicholson and mailed with your registration form to Mary Streckel, 338 CR 4932, Kempner, TX 76539.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
Mary Streckel will send you an email when your FORM has been received. Remember it will take longer to get an email from her if you are postal mailing your form.
Paypal will send you an email when your PAYMENT has been made. If you are paying by check, Mary Streckel will email you when your check(s) has been received.

SELL OUT / WAITING LIST:
As soon as all of the spots are sold, we will begin a waiting list on a first come/first served basis. We are monitoring registration and will update the website as soon as possible after we are sold out. However, to be fair in the event of a rush of registrations, we will process them in order of the day/time the registration was received. (this is a good reason to use the online registration process!)
**HOTEL INFO FOR COMMUTERS**:
If you are registered as a Commuter/Daytime cropper, then you'll need to reserve your own sleeping accommodations if you aren't staying at home. The La Quinta Inn (254-771-2980), Days Inn (254-774-9223), and Hilton Garden Inn (254-773-0200) are local hotels in Temple, TX. (Each includes free wireless internet and continental breakfast).
